Appointment type A diagnostic, survey or chargeable site visit must be clearly distinguished from a free estimate or contracted installation visit. Fees and authorization Any visit fee, VAT, payment timing and included report must be disclosed before the customer confirms the appointment. Site observations Reports document observable conditions at the time of inspection and do not substitute for destructive testing, unseen system audits or statutory approvals unless expressly commissioned. Customer confirmation Appointments, calendar invitations, access arrangements, technician reports and OTP or sign-off evidence require accurate audit trails.
