Contract hierarchy The signed proposal, project-specific scope, technical schedule and expressly agreed variation govern the engagement, subject to mandatory legal rights. Website text must not supersede them retroactively. Scope and dependencies Installations depend on approved specifications, access, electrical/network readiness, site coordination and manufacturer requirements. Exclusions must be expressly identified. Changes and handover A material change to design, quantity, price or programme requires an authorised variation. Handover evidence and acceptance steps must be recorded. Safety and responsibilities Work is subject to safe access and coordination with other contractors. Customer data and credentials should be exchanged only through approved channels.
