Application and Customer Portal Terms

Accounts and authority Portal access must use verified identity and appropriate customer/project permissions. Account holders must protect credentials and report suspected misuse. Project information Availability of milestones, documents, proposals or diagnostics depends on the customer's authorised project relationship and live system integrations. Notifications and records Electronic notifications, acceptance workflows and document history must remain attributable and auditable. A displayed project status alone is not a contractual variation. Suspension and support Access may be restricted for security or lawful reasons through documented procedures, while respecting existing service obligations and applicable rights.
