Identity and intent The signer must see the exact proposal revision and demonstrate legally appropriate identity verification and intent before acceptance. Evidence integrity Keep document hash, version, timestamps, signature events and relevant audit data without exposing confidential signatures publicly. Exceptions and alternatives Where a method is unavailable, provide a reviewed alternative rather than treating a failed OTP or redirect as acceptance.
