Roles and lawful use The premises controller or owner ordinarily determines permitted surveillance purposes, locations, notices and recording use, subject to applicable rules and project arrangements. Access and recordings Access to live feeds and recordings must be role-restricted, logged where appropriate and limited to authorised purposes. Storage and retention Recording location, retention, exports and disclosure require a documented configuration and applicable regulatory review. Third-party and visitor rights Cameras must not be used to unlawfully intrude on privacy. Data requests or disclosure demands need identity, authority and legal checks.
