Methodology

Methodology

Delivery

How it works

  1. Pre-install brief

Lead engineer briefs the crew on the design pack and expected artefacts.

  2. Install to standard

Every device installed per the Smart Citizens standard — labels, tidy runs, tested cabling.

  3. Network first

Network commissioning (VLAN, Wi-Fi, IoT segmentation) completes before device commissioning.

  4. Scene commissioning

Every scene tested against the checklist with the customer or their representative.

  5. Handover pack

As-built drawings, warranty, and support pack delivered.

  6. Snag closure

Any snags logged in the portal and closed within SLA.
