A per-room temperature/humidity range (e.g. 22–24°C, 40–55% RH) tuned to occupants and use. Smart Citizens logs deviations and adjusts setpoints, shading and airflow to stay within the band.
How is comfort measured objectively?
Continuous temperature, humidity and (optionally) mean radiant temperature sensors log every room; the Sustainability Score summarises hours-in-band vs. hours-out.
Does this reduce utility bills too?
