AI converts a few customer inputs (property type, bedrooms, priorities) into a recommended scope using Smart Citizens project data. What used to take a day now takes minutes — meaning customers get answers when they want them rather than when the team is free.

+ Will AI design my interior?

Smart Citizens AI does not replace interior designers. It scopes smart-home devices and integrations; aesthetic and finish decisions stay with you and your designer.

+ Can AI predict my energy savings?
