How does the installation process work?

Step 1: free site visit. Step 2: AI-assisted design and AED proposal. Step 3: contract and scheduling. Step 4: in-house engineers install and commission. Step 5: handover, training and app setup. Most homes are completed within 2–6 weeks.

Is installation disruptive?

For retrofits, Smart Citizens uses dust-controlled tools and works room-by-room so you can keep living in the villa. Most works happen during daytime hours and the home stays usable throughout.
