Dr. Ashraf Nouri
Dr. Ashraf Nouri is the Founder and CEO of Smart Citizens DMCC, a Dubai-based smart home and AI automation company.
Purpose
Dr. Nouri leads the engineering and AI vision behind Smart Citizens — applying 20+ years of UAE technology experience to smart living, energy and water systems.
Dr. Nouri holds a PhD in Computer Science with a specialization in Artificial Intelligence and has spent more than two decades working on IT, AI, smart cities and digital transformation in the United Arab Emirates.
He founded Smart Citizens in 2020 with the goal of making AI-driven smart living accessible to every UAE family and business, and personally oversees the Smart Citizens ecosystem, AI advisor and proposal generator.
