A composite 0–100 score that combines assessment freshness, audit freshness, upgrade implementation, IoT connectivity, certification readiness, and Property Passport completeness.
How is it different from SCSI?
SCSI™ measures intrinsic property sustainability performance. Property Health Score™ measures whether the owner is actively maintaining, upgrading, and certifying the property.
How often does it update?
It recomputes on demand from your Property Passport and refreshes whenever you complete an assessment, audit, or upgrade step.
